November Range Report Thread

Thank you to all the people that participated in the GunHive Challenge for October 2016 and we look forward to seeing November's challenge.
Rules:
1.) Fire at least 1 (one) deliberate round at a target. (living or not)
2.) A daily code will be posted in the early morning hours (after midnight Central time zone) and this code will be required for your photo (see rule 3)* The daily code will be posted by @mamalukino
3.) Take a picture of the result, including your firearm, your bullet hole, mark on steel, or dead critter, and a hand written note displaying the daily code. All this must be in a single photo.
4.) Post that picture in the range report thread. At the beginning of each month, include your time zone; as pictures must be posted by 11:59 p.m. your time zone.
5.) Do this at least one time per day, for the entire month
6.) BB guns and such are still allowed as long as the projectile you're firing is metal you're good.
At the end of the month, each shooter to complete the challenge will be added to the leader board and will be entered to receive the Gunhive.com Shooters Challenge prize!

I hit 4/4 today in 5-7 mph wind! Two were in the 6" circle. It is so much fun to watch that 6" circle fly up when it gets hit. Instant (well...1.5 second) confirmation that I did everything right.

Out of 10 shots at 50 yards I got five solid hits on this can and one grazed the bottom edge of it it is still shooting to the left though so I might have to drift the side a little bit

3 out of four today. I over estimated wind by .2 mils and completely missed the target. Second shot hit and third and fourth were in the 6" center.

Practice started today, the 2 nines were spotters and the high right was a definite flyer.

Didn't get out today either and now it is really going to start getting dark early

4/5 this evening.
The field I shoot is on a road that dead ends in a place where everyone in the county goes to shoot. Once in a while I find a decent about of brass there. Today I got about 5 lb including some 460 S&W mag. It makes me proud that my 3 year old daughter can sort out the steel cases and pick up the brass ones. She knows what we are looking for.

Nice 300 yard group there! Must still be shooting well in the new stock.

@tscustoms it's been awesome so far. Very comfortable, the egos on the hand placement make it really easy to have proper trigger manipulation.
The added weight makes it move less with the wind, weighs just under 14.5 lbs.
Plus the AI mags, definitely should have done that sooner haha.

Now I need to find a better place to shoot.
If this range was built properly you could go out to 800 but it's dug down so a couple hills block it.
And upgrade the scope, the 4-16PST is really disappointing.

Yup, should kill fine, wish I could have found a spot to go out farther. But I'll have to go somewhere else to do that.

Still only put 9 out of 10 on paper at 50 yards but felt like my group was tighter this time not sure where the other bullet went

5-5 today! I even hit the 6" circle on the first shot and we had some wind today too!
