I saw this on the news tonight and was surprised the local media even ran a story on a ccw permit holder defending themselves without a negative spin on it,
They also had some interesting stats on the percent of SD residents with ccw permits, which was 2nd only to Indiana ...if I'm recalling/quoting their stat correctly.
