Bass Pro and Cabelas

In case you didn't hear about it or mabey I missed the thread somehow. Bass Pro bought Cabelas. I don't know if it is a good thing or not what do you think?
I also hope my points are still good and nothing changes with them or the store, the stores are really quite a place it would be a shame to see them go.

They made a press release stating all the cabelas points cards and what not would still continue to work the same. I would expect much to stay the same, but with their new buying power, I'd expect more different lines of products to be available instead of all the same old semi-worthless shit found in cabelas.
