Indeed it is. Both will be my builds. So ask yourself what possible reason I'd have for having a thumbhole stock?

So other then testing it, I'm drawing a blank.
I think in the past you have commented how you felt A thumb hole stock is slower to rack the bolt and require position again.
It's somewhat odd that you are presumably getting two new actions and not just spinning up new DT barrels, but I also know you expressed some interest in testing out some new actions.
So looks like I'll have to wait, and I'm okay with that because the last time you told me to wait, was worth it so far.

Indeed it is, and that in itself can have value from a training perspective. One of the most common mistakes I see students making is going for the bolt too quickly and breaking follow through. Sacrificing the shot they making for the shot they are about to make. You won't see a thumbhole on any of my workhorses, but they can have value as a training aid.
Also, despite popular belief, I believe "because I want it" is justification enough for anyone to buy anything they want. As long as they have no illusions about it, it's fine with me! I've always admired the KMW stocks. Terry Cross is a heck of a shooter and has one heck of a resume. There is a lot of thought that went into these stocks, guided by a lot of the same principles that guide the training we provide here. I've always had an eye toward the Sentinel, and always had some other thing I needed more. It was just time to have one. :)

That is indeed a good looking stock. I have eyed them as well. And the T5s from manners.
