I put "Joins" because I believe it just means bought out by.

Nammo is big and makes a lot of foreign ammunition and bullets.

Crazy. Not sure how I feel about foreigners getting more control over good U.S. companies. That is happening VERY frequently these days.

I bet some HUGE golden parachutes were pulled here. Like "never have to work a day in your life, or your kids" kind of money.

That was my thoughts as well. Not a fan of it from that point of view.

Now from purely a shooting view this is probably a good thing, opening Berger to some massive resources, hopefully ending any stocking issues.

Eh, overall I'm not a fan of losing American companies to foreign investers though.
