Chargemaster reset

The buttons on my chargemaster stopped working tonight.
Well actually only the top row of buttons 1,2,3, edit mem and backspace.
Its still under warranty, so its going back, but does anyone know how to reset it so hopefully the buttons work until I can empty the hopper.

There's a video on YouTube of a guy fixing his with that issue. He opened it up and re-soldered it. You can't do that as it's under warranty.
I have to ask though, why do you need the buttons working to empty it?

It doesn't need to work to be emptied. I finally got my new bench finished and wanted to reload some .223
I'm guessing it got bumped when I moved it.
Just polling the room, who do you think will be more responsive to replacing it, RCBS or Brownells?

RCBS. But I tried calling them a few weeks ago and their phones were down.
