Grandma's Irish Cream Recipe

  • Grandma makes huge batches of this every year at Christmas time and gives it to everyone for, friends, acquaintances...everyone gets a big bottle :). When I was a kid she'd make the grandbabies an alcohol free version of this so we could join in the holiday festivities too.

    1 can condensed milk
    4 eggs
    1 cup brandy
    1/2 cup whiskey
    2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
    1/4 teaspoon almond extract
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon ground coffee
    1 quart half and half

    Combine all ingredients and whisk for a few minutes (you can throw it all in a blender too) until mixed well. Transfer to air tight container with lid, keeps up to 2 months.
