.308W Lapua Palma Brass

Never used this brass before and thought I would try some out.
I'll be using CCI #41 primers and more than likely IMR 4064 or RL15 for juice.
Howzabout some input on plusses or minusses.

.308W as in .308 Win.? Or is it a special type of .308 brass?

It's 308 Winchester with small primer pockets.
