Forster FL sizer with Micrometer Seater combo is a great starting point. The absolute best is to send off 3 fired cases to whidden and have a custom FL sizer honed to perfectly size those cases, along with their custom micrometer seater.
This is my recommendation regardless of what cartridge we're talking about. Forster and whidden just have things done right.
