Option #1
1 part vinegar
1 part water
Mix together in spray bottle.

Option #2
3T Ammonia
1T vinegar
Put ingredients in spray bottle and fill the rest of the way up with water.

Option #3
50/50 water and 90% rubbing alcohol
Mix together in spray bottle

Whatever option you choose, grab a piece of black and white print newspaper (the colored advertisement pages do not work), mist window and wipe down with newspaper. You can use cloth or paper towels too.
