Adding trustees

I can't find a local lawyer who will do it and I am needing to add trustees to my trust. Does anyone have an example of the wording that I can borrow to do so? I would like an amendment that has been through the ATF just to make sure it is sufficient. I don't want to get the new trustees arrested.
