Blue Cheese Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 ounces blue cheese
3 tablespoons buttermilk (if you want a more smooth dressing, use whole milk)
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons plain yogurt (you can use mayonnaise instead)
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (white vinegar will work just fine too)
1 pinch of sugar
1 shake of garlic powder
salt and freshly ground black pepperDIRECTIONS:
- In a small bowl, mash blue cheese and buttermilk together with a fork until mixture resembles large-curd cottage cheese. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
