    2 pounds ground chicken
    2 cups broccoli
    1 cup carrots
    1/2 medium onion
    2 large cloves garlic
    Smoked Salt
    Corn flake cereal (optional, this is used for a breaded, crunchy outside texture on nuggets. Skip this if you don’t want to use any breading).

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Toss ground chicken in a large bowl.
    Toss veggies in a food processor, chop into small pieces (I used a Ninja for this).
    Add chopped veggies into bowl with chicken. Add spices, mix together well.

    Clean food processor, add about 2 cups corn flake cereal into the bowl and process until fine.

    Pour corn flakes onto plate. Scoop approximately 1 Tablespoon chicken mixture out at a time, form into nuggets, coat with corn flakes, place on a baking sheet. Once baking sheet is full, bake for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

    Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
