Baked Asian Wings



  • Baked Asian Wings

    Ingredients:
    2-3 pounds chicken wings (tips removed), drumettes, and flats separated
    1-2 Tablespoon Avocado oil
    1 Tablespoon Chinese 5-Spice seasoning
    1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
    1/2 Tablespoon onion powder
    1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
    1/4 cup berry jam
    Sesame seeds for garnish

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    Rinse off chicken and dry. Place in a large bowl, toss with oil and spices until well coated.
    Position chicken on a baking sheet, in a single layer. Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes.

    In a small sauce pot, mix together the jam and Hoisin sauce. Heat on low until warm and well incorporated.
    Pull chicken out of oven, plate and brush sauce over the chicken. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
