Crockpot Chocolate Nut Clusters
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups mixed nuts
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2 ounces German chocolate
16 ounces white almond barkDirections:
Dump the nuts into the bottom of the crockpot. Layer the chocolate and almond bark on top of the nuts. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or until the chocolate is all melted. Then, turn the heat off, mix the nuts in well with the melted chocolate. Lay out some parchment paper on the counter. Scoop about 1 Tablespoon of the nut mixture at a time out onto the parchment paper. Let cool completely before enjoying.** The image above, is a small part of the batch. I didn't think to count, but I had 2 1/2 precut parchment sheets full of chocolate nut clusters.
