Cranberry Orange Marmalade Pork Chops

  • Cranberry Orange Marmalade Pork Chops

    Ingredients:
    1 cup cranberry sauce
    1/4 cup orange marmalade
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon chili garlic paste (1/2 teaspoon red pepper or another hot sauce can be used)
    2 teaspoons onion salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon thyme
    4 pork chops

Preheat over to 350 degrees F.

    Directions:
In small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, olive oil, ginger, pepper sauce, 1 teaspoon onion salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper.

Season pork chops with the remaining onion salt and some black pepper. Heat some oil in a fry pain over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the pork chops to a nice golden brown color on each side.

Turn off the heat. Transfer the pork chops in a baking dish. Sprinkle thyme over the pork chops. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the chops, spreading evenly.

Bake in over for 5-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. Let rest 5 minutes. Plate and enjoy!
