CPS setup question

Hi folks, I recently got a CPS and just got it set up and tried to test it out. When I pulled the lever forward the primer did not move. I took the case holder off, and can see the bar that lifts inside the CPS when the lever is pulled, but it stops about 1” from the top when the lever is fully forward so doesn’t touch the primer. The wheel is turned to deepest position. I am guessing I am missing something obvious but can’t figure out what. Any help appreciated!

Did you put the corresponding large or small primer rod in?

Thanks, yes. The primer is picked up by the shuttle fine and moved under the brass, but the ram does not pick it up and put into case. It sits at highest point a bit more then an inch under the brass.

Is the seating depth adjusted?

I appreciate the help. I adjusted the wheel to deepest position, it was pretty close to start. I tried the other way a bit just in case I was misunderstanding it but it doesn’t look like I was: deepest position should result in the ram in the highest position. It does, it is just below the level of the brass.

I have been guilty of dropping the pin in backwards on my Lite version. Pays to put my cheater glasses on before dropping it in.

@bigfoot We have since updated the design to ensure there is no "backwards" any longer.
