Evil in place of justice

Ecclesiastes 3:16 says, "Moreover, I saw under the sun that in the place of justice, even there was wickedness, and in the place of righteousness, even there was wickedness. I said in my heart, God will judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time for every matter and for every work."
Solomon was one of the wisest men to ever live. He was given his wisdom directly by God. In his wisdom, there are several things that he noticed about life that just are not fair. One of them is that there was wickedness in the place of justice. There is one major place in our country that is supposed to be governed by justice (the courts), yet even in that place there is wickedness. This is not right or fair and should never be, yet it is. Solomon in all his wisdom also knew that God's righteous judgment would eventually come. Yet it will come in His time. There is a time and matter for every work. Sometimes when we see the wickedness of this world we desire the immediate justice of God. His justice will come and it will be right, but it will be on His time.
