For right or wrong

  • 1 Peter 4:15-16, “But let none of you suffer as a murderer or a thief or an evildoer or as a meddler. Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in that name.”

There is no shame in suffering as long as that suffering comes in spite of us doing what is right. Suffering for doing right brings glory to God. Sometimes our suffering is due to our own mistakes and sins. There is no glory in suffering because we did wrong.
