Spinach and Artichoke Dip



  • 1 10oz frozen box of chopped spinach
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 cup mayo
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    *sriracha to spice things up.

    Thaw and drain the spinach.
    Drain Artichoke Hearts, chopped up into small pieces.
    Mix the mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt/pepper, sriracha in a medium casserole dish. Stir in the artichoke hearts and spinach. Bake at 350 for 30, or until the dish is bubbly.

    To Crock Pot this simply lightly oil the inside of a crock, mix all the ingredients in the crock, cook on high for 90 minutes, low for 3 hours. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
