Revelation of Christ

Galatians 1:11-12 says, “But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.”
The power of the Gospel is in the fact that it is from God. The apostles wrote and spoke at the direction of the Holy Spirit. The Gospel is the power of God to salvation (Romans 1:16-18). There is a reason God gave us His word therefore we must read and study it.
