Fear or Fool?

Proverbs 1:7 says, “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
When we realize that God is a righteous and just God and that He will judge the world, then we will fear Him. This fear will lead to a knowledge and understanding of Him. Yet we are fools when we despise wisdom and instruction.
