  • Breakfast Cake

    Ingredients:
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    3 eggs
    1 banana
    A bit of water or milk or yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put 1 scoop vanilla protein powder in the bottom of a blender jar, add 3 eggs, 1 banana, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and oh probably about 1/2 cup water or some other liquid such as milk or juice would probably work. Blend it together. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan, pour mixture in. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly. Let cool for a minute or two, top with some fresh fruit, maple syrup or honey and enjoy!

    Servings: 1 adult serving or split between two young children.
