Grandma's Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

  • Grandma's Chicken and Stuffing Casserole


    4 cups cooked chicken (Pork or Turkey works too), shredded
    8 oz sour cream
    1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (Provolone or Pepper Jack work well too)
    10 oz box shell macaroni, cooked
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (cream or mushroom works too)
    1 box stove top stuffing, prepared

    Combine all of the ingredients in a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with cracked pepper and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 minutes.

    • I like to add a bag of frozen veggies mix (corn, carrots, green beans) in and add an extra can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup.
