Text window cut off

So I ran into a new problem browsing on my laptop, the lower part of the text window when replying or creating a topic is cut off.
This is on Windows 10, Google Chrome version: 48.0.2564.109 m
It's just whatever part is covered by the toolbar, if I enable Auto hide on the toolbar when it drops down the issues go away.

I am a bit curious why they didn't come up as images instead of hyperlinks.
I wonder if .jpeg isn't a supported format, or if I did something wrong.

It looks like you did it correctly to me, and jpg is indeed supported. I think it's something to do with that specific photobucket type of link. We'll look into it! Thank you!
