Convention of States

  • The Constitution isn’t badly broken, it is simply being ignored. It is being ignored because Americans are making an emotional decision with little or no understanding of the unintended consequences. The proper course of action is to enforce the document, not change it. Indict and jail the members of our government who casually ignore the oath they took, and violate your rights with impunity. The real question is, do you have the courage to do that?

  • The problem with the constitution is the same as the problem with the Bible. They are both being ignored. The Constitution and Bible are viewed as archaic documents by people with lack of morality and righteousness so that they can change, mis-interpret, and out right ignore the constitution and Bible to achieve their own evil agenda with a clear conscience.

  • There needs to be some changes to it, repealing the 17th amendment, redoing who gets to vote, adding terms limits (which repealing the 17th will help do for senators), not to mention take away the power that’s been accumulated by the executive branch and get rid of all the alphabet agencies.

  • I do not believe "alphabet agencies" to be constitutional anyways as they are making laws without congress. In reality these agencies started because people deviated from what was written.

Those agencies got their authority to create law from congress and the senate because they didn't want to deal with the details... In other words they were lazy..

  • @martino1

Exactly (unfortunately) ... or re-stated .. congress decided to delegate their authority to the alphabets ... perhaps not realizing they could never control it nor ever get it back ...
