  • Dairy Free Spinach and Artichoke Dip

    1 (15-oz.) can artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained
    3 packed cups raw spinach
    1 medium ripe avocado
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1⁄3 cup nutritional yeast
    1 clove garlic
    ½ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
    ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
    ½ tsp. onion powder

    Bring saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Add artichoke hearts and spinach; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, drain well. Place mixture from pan in a food processor. Add avocado, lemon juice, yeast,
    garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder; process until smooth.
