Avocado Butter
1 medium ripe avocado
1/4 c. butter, softened to room temperature (ghee can be used to make it dairy free)
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Himalayan salt, a pinch or twoCombine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until well combined. Serve immediately or cover with plastic or in Tupperware, place in fridge, until desired firmness is achieved.
This is great as a dip for crackers, sour cream replacement, mayo replacement, and so much more. It's quickly become a staple for me and my family.
