    2 cups beef bone broth
    1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
    2 teaspoon molasses
    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    ½ teaspoon onion powder
    One pinch each of salt, pepper, and ground ginger
    1 teaspoon fish sauce

    Combine all ingredients except fish sauce in a small pan, over medium heat bring to a simmer. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until it's reduced by about half. Taste taste to make sure you've reached the desired flavor and saltiness.
    Add more salt or spiced, if needed. Remove from heat and add fish sauce.
    Stir well and let cool. Store in the fridge for up to a few weeks. Use in place of soy sauce.
