ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - A group is calling for a federal court to shut down Child Protective Services after claiming the agency takes children away from parents without due process.
“Stop Child Protective Services from Legally Kidnapping Children” filed a motion Tuesday for a permanent injunction to immediately close CPS, calling the agency’s practices unconstitutional.
Good cause here CPS is mostly bullshit.

It's about time they reel in this runaway organization. You can't even tan your kid's backside for doing something deserving.
I believe this is the reason we are having school shootings these days. Guns haven't changed in the last 40 years but kids and how we raise them sure have. You wont hear about a single child psychologist admit they got it wrong either.
I actually had a friend have their child tell them they were going to call DCF (Dept of Children and Families) if they didn't get their way, I suggested he drive her to their office and drop her off. He said he would except for the fact that his wife would kill him. I won't relate how I responded to that.
