Looks scary but it really isn’t. You can actually do this with any soda. It’s the citric acid, carbonic acid and phosphoric acid that do the dissolving.
Phosphorus is good for you but can cause heart problems & contribute to osteoporosis if too much is consumed.
Citric acid is just vitamin C essentially. Derived from fruit.
Carbonic acid is carbon dioxide dissolved in water. (If I understand correctly, it’s basically carbonated water).
Acids dissolve a lot of things, but are also greatly beneficial in limited quantities for the body.
