If you need a discount, don't ever call Primal Rights.

Effective immediately, all emails or phone messages in which the customer mentions discounts or best price or anything like that... will be ignored.
Primal Rights is not a place you come "shopping." We are a place where you get the best service possible. You aren't buying products. You're buying Primal Rights... and we don't come cheap. If price is the most important thing to you, then simply move along. I will not even waste my time speaking to someone that calls for high end luxury items (which is all we sell) if their decision making process starts with price.
If you call Primal Rights, something other than money needs to be the reason for doing so. I'm sure you wouldn't like me only caring about money when dealing with you... so why in the hell would I want to deal with someone where money is the primary concern?
Three phone messages and 4 emails regarding "best price" or "discounts" just today... and I am ignoring every single one of them.

I don't care if what it is your buying, if you want expert advise, then pony up.
@orkan I completely understand your stand point. I sold paint at a mom and pop store that carried a high end brand for years. We knew everything there was to know about paint at our store. If you wanted the best advise and customer service you came to us. If you wanted cheap, there is the big orange box down the street. Now I sell wholesale...I walk jobs, write product specs, and hands on product training. All that cost me time and the company money. Why in the hell wold I do all that just to get beat up on price.

I just got 5 estimates on a new Heat Pump. Went with the most expensive. Why?
I took the time to go and drive by the shops of all 5 contractors... Only two were what I would consider not fly by night and had serious investment in facilities, equipment, and PEOPLE. I chose the one that was focused primarily on Residential Service and has a lifetime workmanship guarantee. The other guy was nice and professional but based on the equipment scrapped behind his shop, he does mainly huge industrial jobs or government facilities and shopping centers. You get the experience you are willing to pay for.
Don't compromise.

Well you didn't mention asking within a thread:
Soooo, what is your most bestest lowest final offer bottom dollar dealio on a Desert Tech Non-rating Flush Cup paid via my PayPals?
Kidding.

The margins are not that high anyway. So for a Dick to want 20% off would leave nothing. When I was starting my business I became friends with an old man who had a very high end audio business (McIntosh) for 30+yrs, he said to me "the fastest way to bankruptcy is to deal with friends and family" because they want the big discounts and he said the prices are what they are, for everyone.
I was looking into adding audio to my business and he said in regards to A/V if you want to retire and die with a million $ in this business you have to start with 2. After looking into it and signing with some distributors I quickly seen what margins were and big box stores selling at what my cost was and those questions came at me all the time, so I phased that out quickly.
For what I have seen you do (or willing to do) for people who bought elsewhere like fixing there broke shit for nothing. Price shouldn't be an issue except to know what something is so they can save up for it.
