Interesting. Take away the guns and the killings don’t stop.
Notice also, the police chief blamed YouTube, Snapchat, and twitter. With liberals something is always to blame. Responsibility is placed on guns, video games, social media...but responsibility is never placed back on the evil doer.

A year or two ago I went on like to the FBI data base to take a look at what they had on murder stats and interestingly, the number of murders due to knife stabbings was substantially higher than that of rifles. Handguns was the highest by far from any other individual mode.
Banning any type of rifle is not going to change things much. Fear and ignorance is driving this hysteria for more gun control and the effort for banning of AR style rifles. The media and social media does exacerbate it.

Until the left starts having this real conversation, there will be no further compromise. I do not even engage in discussion with people so stupid as to believe an inanimate object is at fault for the actions of people. Discussion with that person is impossible.
