One major physical object stood between the people of Israel and the city. The Jordan river was not a small river and not easy to cross. Yet God once again made provision for them. When the priests set foot in the river, the waters were halted and the people crossed on Dry ground.
Joshua 3:17, “Then the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan; and all Israel crossed over on dry ground, until all the people had crossed completely over the Jordan.”
When God has given us a task to do in this life, He will also provide a way for that task to be accomplished. Yet we must overcome our own limitations that we often place on God and ourselves.
