Sausage Sunday

I had about forty pounds of domestic pork in the freezer to make deer sausage with but never got a deer so it was time to go. This was twenty five pounds boned out. I still have one big but portion I will make pan sausage with it in a few days. Fixing to fire up the smoker and try to block out the sound of lawnmowers all around me.
