Your True Purpose In Life

So, my purpose in being here is more than to just exist. My purpose is more than just acquiring physical things and money. My purpose is more than just doing what “makes me happy”. So what is my purpose in being here.
My purpose is to glorify God.
Matthew 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”My purpose is to magnify Christ.
Philippians 1:20, “according to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death.”My purpose is to help others.
Galatians 6:10, “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.”My purpose is to get to heaven
1 Peter 1:3-4 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, [4] to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,”Have you ever considered that if we fulfill our true purpose in life that it will lead to true happiness? Money only brings temporary happiness. Pleasure only brings temporary happiness. Yet through fulfilling my true purpose in life I can have a true happiness that will last. The whole reason Christ brought His word to us is so that we might have lasting happiness.
John 15:11 “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.”
