Commercial Cleaning Products just as bad as smoking

Regular use of cleaning sprays can have as much of an impact on health as smoking a pack of cigarettes a day, according to a new study.
Scientists at Norway’s University of Bergen tracked 6,000 people, with an average age of 34 at the time of enrollment in the study, who used the cleaning products over a period of two decades, according to the research published in the American Thoracic Society's American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.
They found that lung function decline in women who regularly used the products, such as those who worked as cleaners, was equivalent over the period to those with a 20-cigarette daily smoking habit.http://www.newsweek.com/impact-cleaning-products-lung-health-bad-20-day-cigarette-habit-study-810277

Vinegar is great stuff!

Vinegar, tea tree oil, and baking soda are about all that we use in our house.

My brother-in-law ran a small janitorial company that used powerful lye based cleaning solutions in his work. He now has a bad case of COPD that he and his doctors believe is related to breathing the fumes of these cleaning solutions over the years. He's in his early 60's and gets winded walking to the front door of his home.

Its one of the products that I sell. Stuff cuts heavy grease with ease. Hell it will soften dried paint if you let it soak long enough.
