Bullets From The Bible 2-15-18

Colossians 3:17 says, “And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”
We are created by Christ (John 1:1) and as such we are subject to His authority. This verse just reminds us that anything that we do (word or deed) must be done in His name (His authority). We must never forget that He has all authority and it is our responsibility to follow and obey Him. Through all of this we are to also remember to be thankful to Him for all He has done for us.
