Bullets From The Bible 2-19-18

Ecclesiastes 5:10-11 says, “He who loves silver will not be satisfied with silver; Nor he who loves abundance, with increase. This also is vanity. When goods increase, They increase who eat them; So what profit have the owners Except to see them with their eyes?”
The love of money is something that will destroy a man. It will cost him his friends, his family, his time and in the end even if he achieves great things and makes a lot of money he still will not be happy. Those who are in poverty feel they would be happy with just enough to get by. Those with just enough to get by desire just a little extra. Those with a little extra want more and more. Most people will never be satisfied with their material possessions. Yet if they do work had and get extra money there will be others to eat from that full plate...whether it be family, friends, or welfare.
We must never forget that life is not all about money and things. Sometimes we are better off with less money and distractions.
