Factory 223 Ammo Recommendations

It is about time to get my wife's new Howa APC 223 to the range for the first time. It is a 20" 1:9 heavy barrel and we need to get some factory ammo to get started with. Does anybody have any recommendations good or bad for anything on the market now?
PS: Something with brass that would make for decent reloading down the road would be a bonus.

This counts out federal.
If I were going to try something to would be alpha or copper creek loaded ammo...but I have no experience with either.

I started really poking around at prices, and I found that you can get Lapua 55gr FMJ for only a few cents more than their reloading brass. Does anybody know if this is the same brass as if you were to buy empty reloading brass from Lapua? IIRC Orkan and others have stated that the Lapua brass is about the best for reloading in the 223 game.
