Bullets From The Bible 2-1-18

Ephesians 5:33 says, “Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.”
The Bible has set forth particular roles for husband and wife. They are there for a reason. The husband is to be the head of the family (Eph 5:25) and the wife is to submit to the husband. The husband is to love his wife with a self sacrificing love. Love her as himself. Wives are to respect their husbands. When a family loses sight of these roles the family will crumble. When a nation loses sight of these roles the nation will crumble. Build your family after the pattern God has established and your family will be strong as it should be.
