1 Corinthians 7:3-5 says, “Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.”
Marriage is a good thing and sexual relations in marriage are something that is good and wholesome. Many times after a couple has been married for some time the sexual relationship begins to be withheld and used as a manipulating tool and a weapon. God never intended for marriage to be this way. In a proper marriage relationship the husband and wife have given themselves to the other and should do all they can to satisfy the sexual desires of the other. The only time that a husband or wife is to withhold themselves from the other is for a short time for prayer and fasting...and then come together again.

I'm not sure which is worse, the fact that the vast majority of women use sex as a weapon, or the fact that the vast majority of men are stupid enough to let them.
