Bullets From The Bible 12-27-17

Well I wasn’t paying attention and forgot to post early this morning...so you get an afternoon Bullets From The Bible.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 says, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
As Paul closes out the book of 1 Thessalonians he gives them some advice. These pieces of advice are sometimes difficult to follow depending on the circumstances we are facing...yet they will always lead to a more enjoyable life. Always rejoice. Even when times are difficult we can rejoice in the fact that our struggles make us stronger. Always pray. Trust in God and turn to Him in prayer asking for things we need. Always be thankful. Even when life is difficult there are so many things for which we can be thankful for.
When we rejoice, pray, and are thankful life will always be much more enjoyable.
