22 Creedmoor
-
If anyone was on the fence about a 22 Creedmoor Alpha brass has started producing factory brass. My experience with Alpha brass would be on par with Lapua.
-
We anticipate having 22 Creedmoor available by mid January. Thanks so much for the email and interest and feel free to contact me anytime to check the status or with other questions.

@orkan I was thinking this could be my answer....
-
You're thinking is likely correct!

I thought the same.
I will see if this link works, so people don't think I'm crazy.

Well, @tpk936 call copper creek and try to order some brass. We'll know for sure then. lol

@orkan message sent to copper creek

Copper creek has 22 Creed brass available and for sale. I just ordered 100 Pieces. It is Alpha brass.
I will let all know when I receive. This could be my saving grace.

Sweet. Good news!
I still think you'll find considerable happiness with the changes we discussed... but quality factory brass will certainly help you. I predict little tiny 22 creedmoor groups in your future. :)
-
@orkan The rice should be here today and the tumbler by Friday. I have already taken dies apart and cleaned. I am going to start the changes we discussed on all calibers. I was loading some 6.5 last night on steel tumbled brass and then I compared it to new brass and I could definitely feel a seating pressure difference.
-
Time for those groups to have fewer rounds landing outside the cluster!
-
This is going to be good. I am a little scared of neck turning as I have never done it before and really don't want to ruin a bunch of brass figuring out how.
And...Yes...I do believe a 22CM barrel will be in my near future!
-
Finished up the 22CM cartridge guide today.
Open to suggestions if you folks would like to see something else in the guide.

Very nice. There is more useful information in that article than anything else I have seen for 22CM.

Well done.
I’m still curious about the barrel life and didn’t see that mentioned.
