Probably the push we needed to become a magnetospeed dealer. If anyone needs a chrono or one of these things... let us know in here.

Do you know if it is weather proof? Is it something I could leave on the target or would it need to be collected each day?

By the looks of it, you can leave it on the target. According to specs it can take 2500 flashes or about a year of standby and can be left on the target. Waterproof/weatherproof.
