Unknown Paw Print

Just returned from a bear hunt in SE Colorado, near Kim, where this paw print was found on the edge of a water hole we investigated for bear tracks. Anyone have any idea what it was? The surface is dry but very soft mud. Egret tracks were clear and depressed on this same surface. Track is about 3.5 inches across and not depressed, just ironed onto the surface.

It looks pretty round. My first guess would be kitty cat.
