How to determine the scope click real value?

If my rifle shots 1 moa, tall target ?
I did the tall target test when I was installing the scope level and had a hard time looking for the vertical in my groups.

Locking the scope down in a fixture and dialing it against a perfectly calibrated tall target is the preferred way.

Giant chunks of metal with picatinny rails on them. Machine vises... etc.
