Top Ramen Recipe



  • I miss Top Ramen or Cup O' Noodles from time to time. I don't miss the junk in it, just the pure convenience. I've had a hankering for it for months so tonight I finally made my own.

    Ingredients:
    1/2 bag Better Than Noodles, Shirataki Noodles
    1/4 bag frozen peas and carrots
    A handful of green beans, cup up
    2 cups Beef Bone Broth
    Salt and pepper
    A taste of turmeric and ginger

    Directions:
    First, rinse the Better Than Noodles. If you don't then they have a funky taste to them.
    Next, pour your Beef Bone Broth in a medium pot. Turn the heat on medium-low.
    Add your veggies and spices. Stir to incorporate.
    Let the mixture come to a boil, turn to low, let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes. This allows the flavors to combine and the noodles to soak up some more flavor.
