There are bazillion ways to make smoothies, thousands of Pinterest ideas, every blog has a smoothie recipe you should try and so on. Smoothies are a great way to get a whole lot of dense nutrition in a very delicious way. We like to keep our smoothies simple. The kiddos enjoy a daily smoothie and so day Greg. The recipes are below:
Greg's daily smoothie:
2 scoops Creamy Chocolate Fudge Organic Orgain Protein Powder
2 ripe bananas with some brown spots (these have the most banana flavor)
1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood Chocolate
1 scoop Great Lakes Collagen
2.5 cups Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk
6 ice cubes made with my Tovolo Perfect Cube Ice Trays- Toss everything into your blender, blend on high until well incorporated, pour into a Quart Mason Jar and Enjoy!

Kiddos Smoothie
The kiddos split a smoothie daily.
2 scoops Orgain Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
2 ripe bananas
1 scoop Orgain Superfoods Berry
1 scoop Great Lakes Collagen to support healthy skin, joints, etc...
2 cups Silk Unsweetened Cashew MilkBlend in your blender on high until well incorporated. Pour into 2 pint Mason Jars and top with Jarware Drink Lid.
Enjoy!
