Crockpot Country Ribs



  • Ingredients:
    3-4 pounds country ribs
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1/2 cup Apple juice
    Olive oil
    Salt & pepper
    Your favorite BBQ sauce

    Directions:
    Lightly grease the bottom of crock pot with oil.
    Cut onion into quarters & put a couple layers on bottom of crock pot
    Place ribs on top of onions
    Pour apple juice over ribs
    Spread the minced garlic over the ribs
    Put a layer of onion over the garlic
    Salt & pepper
    Cover & cook on low 6-8 hours (3-4 on high)

    Remove ribs from crockpot, take out any bones.
    Serve with BBQ sauce.

    With an hour left You can also drain all the liquid & remove the onions, glaze the ribs with sauce. Cover & cook.

    Either way will be delicious!
